The Challenge:

We took over a running SEM campaign and were challenged to increase the number of monthly qualified leads without increasing the client’s budget.

The Solution:

We dug into the past performance of this campaign and determined that we needed to reorganize the ad groups, adjust the bids on the best performing keywords and create some new ad copy with a stronger call to action. The historically non-performing keywords were paused. The campaign was optimized daily.

The Results:

After one month, we had lowered the CPC by 36%, doubled the CTR and delivered as many qualified leads in the first two weeks of the second month as the previous agency had delivered in total monthly leads at it’s peak performance. The client was thrilled. We then added SEO and also added video the following quarter.
